Other people in your position have reported that they were most successful advertising in a local forum/publication: looking for a private chef who specializes in special diet programs. You then can teach them the basics and have them read BTVC and some SCD cookbooks.

I am receiving deliveries from "Green Chef" and have been happy with the quality of their foods and services. I can;t always eat "everything" but I can eat most of it. The portions are large and always fresh and organic.
