Diet Soda question

Are there any store bought diet sodas that are recommended? My son would like to have 1x/week as it says in the BTVC

Diet Soda question

I don't believe that type of soda is still around these days. [attachment=0]ad427fe980de36f8966bf0ec61d2cdd8041f6695.png[/attachment]Here's what I found from a SCD blog: The following sodas are legal (it's not diet soda though) - Spindrift Soda (not all flavors), and Green Bee Honey Soda.

Diet Soda question

is it legal to have a diet soda like Fresca? or sprite zero once a week? I read in the book its legal and i look forward to it every Shabbos!

Elaine wasn't referring to these type of sodas. They are loaded with illegal ingredients. In order to be able to heal, you have to avoid it - it takes some time for the body to get used to the pure foods and stop the cravings - but it'll happen with perseverance :)smiley:
