Is wild berry tea legal?
The Legal Teas: No herb tea except the mints, black, and green regular tea, and ginger is SCD legal. Some more info at https://pecanbread.com/f/tanya/chamomile.html
Please note that the green and black teas are weak teas. Too much caffeine not recommended for symptomatic SCDers.
