Hi,

I would like to check if the women's multi from the company Maxi Health is SCD legal.

Nope, not legal.

Which ingredient is the problem?
Does anyone know of a legal multi containing the B vitamins in Methyl form?

The probiotics in here are illegal, and possibly some other ingredients.

Which women's multi vitamins are legal?
Any specific to be on the lookout for?

Multi's are usually problematic across the board, since they typically contain iron in a form that is too heavy for the gut. Freeda makes a regular multi, specifically for the SCD without the iron.

I use Neurobiologix Methylation Pro. Its not a multi vitamin exactly. It’s a topical cream b complex with d and a little vitamin k to help absorb the d. Since it’s topical, I don’t have to worry about digesting it, been using their topical vitamin for over 10 years and it works great for me. You can find it on Amazon or the Neurobiologix website. It is a bit pricey but I notice a difference in energy, better sleep, less brain fog, and better balanced hormones when using it. Hope this helps.
