Hi I’m on strict SCD and Stellara for past 30 months feeling BH perfectly fine symptom free all of a sudden I feel like I’m getting a flare have very bad stomach cramps and alittle bleeding I know it’s most likely from stress what can I do to maintain it quickly before it gets worse??

Hi Aska\nI too have to watch stress as that is what always brings on flare ups. What helped me a lot in the early days was acupuncture. He would work on helping with my nervous system as well as gut issues. Also making sure to get plenty of rest helps! Good luck!!

I know someone in Israel that claims he can take care of this with special 'breathing therapy'

If you're still unwell you should probably do the intro diet for a day or two.
