Does anyone know if this product is legal? Ingredients are Apple and Apple concentrate Cherry Concentrate Lemon Pure [attachment=0]cfb8d70018f442f5f7171faf2531f4c622219ebe.jpg[/attachment]

I would err on the side of caution and say no. The best thing you can do, is to make your own snacks with the legal SCD ingredients. The only thing I eat pre-made are some Larabars. A few of them are legal. I usually grab the cashew cookie on the run or keep one in my purse.

Which flavor Lara bars?

We tried getting a letter from Shufra - they are under the company BBM Chocolate. \nUnfortunately, the letter they've supplied is not sufficient, and there weren't able to fully declare that there are not added illegals.

The ones I was able to find that are legal are; cashew cookie, apple pie, banana bread, carrot cake, lemon bar and coconut cream.

The banana one would be problematic. For the SCD, you can't use any products that have bananas in them. That's because for the SCD it has to be fully ripened bananas, with some brown spots on it. You cannot expect any store bought item to be made of this type of banana.
