Are the zego fruit bars SCD legal?

Hi! The description for the zego just fruit bars on the wellbees site says that there are no added sugars but I went on zegos website and some of the just fruit bars (cherry and raspberry) appear to have sugar added? Are these SCD legal? Thank you!
