SCD and Pregnancy

I just found out I am about 5 weeks pregnant. My husband and I have been trying for a long time, so we are praying for a healthy baby. \n\nI am on SCD for my UC. I am wondering, does anyone have any advice, resources, recommendations for me? I am open to any and all. \n\nIf I flare during my pregnancy, what do you think the best course of action is? I would like to keep it natural and avoid medication.
