Hi Gina Marie, \nIt has to be Less Than one gram of carbs. I looked and it is one full carb. Therefore, it's illegal. \nI make my own in my Instant Pot. I am not sure this link will work here; but try it. If not, I will figure another way if you are interested in trying to make it yourself. Be sure to see that I actually used 5 drops Rennet last time in the notes.
