SCD Legal yogurt brand!
Was thrilled to find an SCD legal yogurt out of Austin, TX. I live in TX so I can buy this locally. Not sure if it’s available outside of TX but you can buy it online.\n\nWhite Mountain Bulgarian Yogurt. They ferment it for a minimum of 24 hours and the only two ingredients are milk and culture.

Unfortunately, not all cultures are allowed on the SCD. Following is a quote from pecanbread.com:\n\nThe yogurt you buy can contain Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Streptococcus Thermophilus, and Lactobacillus Bulgaricus. It must not contain Bifidus/Bifidum bacteria. Nor should it contain gums, sugars, or additives, or flavors of any kind.\n\nIn reading the ingredients for White Mountain Bulgarian Yogurt, it contains Bifidum. 
If we can only get White Mountain to exclude it, they'd have an instant customer base with all those who follow the SCD!

Yes, true. Glad you pointed that out. I am more loose with the cultures I allow but don’t want to necessarily tel others to do the same.
