SCD Setback? Feeling Upset

Hi, Again. I’ve been enjoying SCD and my UC symptoms have reduced by about 75% in the first month or so. However, today I began bleeding a lot. I did not introduce anything new recently, so I’m not sure what is triggering this. Any advice? Should I be concerned?

Hi Julie!. Way to go on reducing symptoms so much! I am sorry to hear some are back. I personally don't have experience with UC, but I know when issues or flares or reactions occur, it is usually wise to go back to Intro for a few days to see if you can settle things.
