I love this. Great idea.\n\n-many Larabars (check ingredients-not all flavors). I emailed the company and received response that there are no unlisted ingredients.\n-Ceres fruit juices (emailed and received confirmation)\n-Spindrift sparkling water-flavored with pure fruit juice (emailed and received confirmation)\n-Devash "freshly pressed 100% apple juice, never from concentrate" (heard verbally from them that they dont add a single thing besides juice from the apples. A recent thread here about it, wellbees said they'll soon be selling it!)

Some important notes:\n1) LARABARS:\nMany of the larabars flavors seem clean, and back when Larabar was owned by a small family, those were trusted for the SCD. However, when Larabar was sold to General Mills, a huge corporation, the SCD status has changed to: best to stay away and be suspicious. Another reason was that some SCD'ers reported adverse reactions when consuming larabars. Since larabars is a snack with a very concentrated sugar level, and it is easy to overdo on it, it's very common to not feel the best when consuming them. The conclusion was: Larabars is not scd legal (but not overly illegal either, so if you do choose to go ahead with it, do so only when symptom free, and in small quantities. Watch out for any negative reactions).\n2) CERES FRUIT JUICES - ILLEGAL\nIn BTVC it says no "juices packed in boxes, even those that state there has been no sugar added".\n3) SPINDRIFT SPARKING WATER - The grapefruit flavor is illegal. It contains "hibiscus" - an illegal ingredient.

I am so confused, would love some further clarificatiion.\nWith regard to larabars, i have a recent email from them, after they were sold to general mills, stating there are absolutely no unlisted ingredients. I understand the idea of not overdoing it because theyre very sugary, but from a purely scd point of view, doesnt the confirmation from the company of no added ingredients make it legal?\n\nAnd with regard to ceres fruit juices-what about the box makes it problematic? If i have confirmation that it is only pure fruit juice, the fact that its \nin a box makes it illegal? Then why is tuscanni tomato juice (and sauce), sold on wellbees, legal? Theyre both in a box...\nI understood the recommendations of no boxed juice to be like the recommendation of "no canned pumpkin", and no apple juice...because back in the day when Elaine Gottschall wrote her book, none of those companies could be verified/trusted about adding trace ingredients...am i wrong? Really not understnding this box thing\n\nThank you!

I don’t have confirmation but any single spice is legal as long as it’s not powder. Also on Peregs it says no preservatives added, all natural,etc...
