Hi Aska\nFor me the worst thing for my SIBO is anxiety gone rampant. Will incur symptoms faster then with food issues. Two things have helped me: acupuncture where my therapist works with my nervous system and meditation where I am learning to bring my mind back to the present and off the future or past, which is often what caused my stress. Good luck!!

Hi Aska, \n4 years ago I started getting anxiety attacks for the first time in my life and at the time I also had digestive issues. I took the 3 day Transcendental Meditation class (they are either free or have a sliding scale if you can't afford it) and it has definitely changed my life re-stress! It eased digestion a bit, but overwhelmingly stopped my anxiety attacks and the way my body feels during and after a stressful encounter. I'd tried other meditations, but none were cumulative. I just felt better for a little while after I meditated, but with TM it's cumulative and it definitely helped. For cramping, some yoga moves like downward dog, spine twists, headstands or inversions or even slow very deep belly breaths have helped me in the moment, but I never get to that point anymore doing TM. I hope you find what is right for you. Best of luck!

Hi!\nMaybe try reading "The Tapping Solution", by Nick Ortner. His Emotional Freedom Technique really helped me.
