Vitamin D deficiency

Hi I’m deficient in vitamin D and I have a vitamin D supplement that’s 50,000 USP it doesn’t say any ingredients all it says is Ergocalciferol on it and it’s a soft gel not a capsule or pill. The company is Bion-Pharma I was wondering if this is SCD legal? And permitted for me to take?

I also have a vitamin D deficiency and my doctor recommended three drops of Vitamin D3 1000 IU. I buy the Natural Factors brand and it only has Vitamin D3, organic extra-virgins olive oil, organic flaxseed oil and vitamin E.

I used to use Orthomolecular Vit D drops with K2 - my current Functional Dr now likes Designs for Health Vit D Supreme with K1, and K2. It does list microcrystalline cellulose which may be illegal, but if you call them and it's in the capsule, you can just empty the capsule - it's really good - I was doing 1 with breakfast , 1 with dinner and my D level just came back too high at 146! optimal is 70-90. I was told to start taking just 1 a day Good luck and God Bless!
