I was wondering about red lentil pasta. It has only one ingredient and that is red lentils. I did see someone say online she soaks the pasta for 5 hours strains and boils for a short period after. I would love to be able to try it. Thanks!

Not sure the starch will come out of the processed lentils in the same manner as unprocessed lentils
