whats the deal about other meats?\ni see all reciepes listing lean meats\nwhat about ground beef or other beefs?

I advise that early on in the diet you should stick to lamb and veal only, since those are more easily digested. Later on, you can use any type of meat, but make sure to cook those for many hours until it's really soft.
