My 11 year old son started SCD several months ago. He only wants "normal" looking foods and he can't bring any peanut products to school because of other kids' allergies, so it's a bit of a challenge. Here are some ideas of things that I send: Chicken Cutlets grilled with Wellbees bbq sauce on it, Chicken Cutlets dipped in egg and then into almond flour with some salt and pepper mixed into it and then fry the cutlets. You can do the same idea with Flounder, but that may get soggy if it sits until luch time... You can also send cheese blintzes, zuchinni soup, yogurt shakes (scd yogurt blended with frozen strawberries, blueberries, mango... and a drip of saccharin to sweeten). \nGood Luck!

I forgot to mention Tuna or Eggsalad with SCD mayonaise and salad or cut up veggies

Hi Rosy! \n\nHere are some lunch ideas: \n\nI find so many good recipes on *glutenfreefix.com.* Her Parmesan Crusted Chicken would be a good thing to bring. She also has a good pita bread recipe. You can stuff it with her BBQ chicken recipe, eggsalad, or chicken with Wellbees mayonnaise.\n I also like to cook 100% beef burgers, melt sliced cheddar cheese on them, and cut them into strips. The cheeseburger strips are good dipped in a dip made from mustard (You can find legal mustard easily), Wellbees ketchup, and Wellbees Mayonnaise. \nYou can also make an egg casserole with meat, veggies, etc. If your daughter likes salad, that is another easy meal you can send her with. Gluten Free Fix has great dessert recipes also!\nHope this helps! \n\n~Kyrie L.
