Donuts for Hannukah!
Here's some awesome donuts we made - with the 2 Color Cake recipe on pages 46 and 47 in ["A Taste of Wellness"](http://www.wellbees.com/a-taste-of-wellness.html).

Those look great! What type of frosting did you use on them? I've made some before using coconut flour and they tasted good but frosting would have been nice.

I used the custard which is part of that recipe.

Looks great. Can you store them and how? Or they are are so good that you gotta just eat them right away?

They freeze very well. The custard/glaze does get runny, so it's best for the donuts to assemble when both donuts and glaze are straight out of the freezer. The custard doesn't freeze solid, just gets very stiff.

Im thinking of donuts for chanuka...does this custard frosting/glaze hold up at room temperature? Or in the fridge?\nId like to have donuts around the whole week of chanukah...made in advance and just available

Room temp. won't work. The best is the freezer, but the fridge will be ok as well. Basically - the cream won't dry - the freezer keeps it stiff. May be more sticky from the fridge. Happy baking and an early happy Chanukah

Hi Esther I’m the book there’s 2 recipes the 1st layer and the 2nd layer which one should we use for the donuts recipe? Should we use both? Then if we do the recipe will require 12 eggs. Can you guide us through please as soon as possible so we can make them ready for chanuka?
