I've noticed that Tylenol (and its generic equivalent) has starch as one of its ingredients. What do you suggest as an alternative for occasional pain relief that's SCD legal? Thanks!

People use tylenol if needed. Elaine wrote that the small amount of illegals would be okay if used occasionally. For those who are very sensitive they can get acetaminophen compounded with SCD legal fillers\nFor more info on legal supplement additives that can be used for compounding medications see: http://www.pecanbread.com/p/Sup1.html\n\nCompounding pharmacies:\nCanada http://www.acpcrx.org/\nUSA: http://www.ecompoundingpharmacy.com/location.aspx; http://www.mcguffpharmacy.com/ etc..

Depending on the pain, turmeric may work for you. it is anti inflammatory. It is a spice that comes as a powder or you can sometimes find the root that you can make a tea with (if you search for Golden Milk you'll find recipes on how to make it). You can also buy it as a capsule but I think the tea is better.
