Wellbee's SCD Forum

I see Wellbee's put out a Soy Sauce that says it is SCD legal. Aren't soybeans illegal for the SCD?

Although soy beans are not SCD-legal, fermented soy products (Tamari) may be tried in small amounts after symptoms have subsided (at least 3 months symptom-free). The fermentation process breaks down the carbohydrates, thereby making it more likely to be digested and absorbed.
