Unfortunately, we've encountered a whole lot of issues with the texture and shape. We've put the project on hold for now. \nHowever, the good news is that we now carry the Pre-soaked Red Lentil Flour. It's a great flour that works as a thickener/and for breading foods. What is some good things this can be used for?

There's a terrific breaded chicken cutlet recipe here https://www.wellbees.com/organic-lentil-flour.html. Besides for that it works great for thickening things - like squash casseroles, veggie side dishes, etc. It works very much like "matza meal", or somewhat like "corn starch".
