What happens if you ingest expired Saccharomyces Boulardii?

Expired Saccharomyces Boulardii

Nothing should happen. There are studies that show that even dead bacteria is a benefit. However we do not recommend that you use expired product.

Expired Saccharomyces Boulardii

I had taken some that I had in the fridge not realizing it had expired and wondered if there would be any ill effects. Much appreciated!
