Is Za'atar spice legal?

Za’atar is a middle eastern spice blend of sumac and sesame seeds.\nIs this spice SCD legal?

Is Za'atar spice legal?

Spice blends are not good for the SCD diet, since they typically have unlisted starches added as an anti-caking agent. Only single spices are allowed, and no powders.
