Any diet sodas allowed on the SCD diet?

Any diet sodas allowed on the SCD diet?

In breaking the vicious cycle it says that one diet soda/drink a week is allowed once you are healed. Any diet sodas allowed on the SCD diet?

Diet Soda is not good for you, ya know.. but according to the book [Breaking The Vicious Cycle](http://www.wellbees.com/breaking-the-vicious-cycle.html), one diet soda or diet drink a week is allowed on the SCD diet once you are healed.\n\nI try to stay away from that stuff anyway.. :wink:\ni'd rather use my excursions on a periodic glass of wine :wine_glass:
