Can I buy any yogurt maker I find online? Or are there specifics for SCD yogurt making?

There actually is something very important to pay attention to - and that is the temperature the yogurt will be fermenting at for the 24 hours. Many machines are not designed to run for that long, and will end up overheating, and this is an issue for the SCD. Wellbee's has tested the brands they carry to ensure that the temperatures are within the proper range for the full 24 hours.
