Multi's are usually problematic across the board, since they typically contain iron in a form that is too heavy for the gut. Freeda makes a regular multi, specifically for the SCD without the iron.

I use Neurobiologix Methylation Pro. Its not a multi vitamin exactly. It’s a topical cream b complex with d and a little vitamin k to help absorb the d. Since it’s topical, I don’t have to worry about digesting it, been using their topical vitamin for over 10 years and it works great for me. You can find it on Amazon or the Neurobiologix website. It is a bit pricey but I notice a difference in energy, better sleep, less brain fog, and better balanced hormones when using it. Hope this helps.
