As far as I could see, Miralax did no harm to my daughter and it did help a lot. I'm aware that there are non-medically certified practitioners who prescribe natural supplements like magnesium, for example, and combinations of supplements most people have never heard of but those can also be dangerous and detrimental when taken long-term.
