How to get hair thicker

Anyone if there are any specific foods that help make your hair thicker? I feel my hair got thinner since I got crohns

This isn’t a food but it’s helped me get my hair thicker. I use L’Oréal Thickening shampoo. It’s sulfate free, in a green bottle, and available at Walmart!

What type of biotin is scd legal?

I haven't checked the FBI way if mine is legal, but kosher supplements generally say "free of..." a whole list of ingredients that aren't legal. Right now I have vegetable capsules from Bluebonnet. There might be someone here who will correct me and say you can't assume supplements are legal. Biotin is like any other vitamins in pill/capsule form.
