Hearts of palm and bob snails

Hi, is gefen canned hearts of palm good or only glass jar?\nalso is company oneg bobs snail good ing. are cherry and apple?

In general, commercially canned foods are not okay. I'm also wondering about jarred hearts of palm; I haven't seen it listed anywhere.
