Hi everyone I was reading online that natural healthy probiotics is saurkraut any know how I can make SCD saurkraut? And also is it better to eat saurkraut as probiotics than to buy regular pills or it’s better to take the pills ? Thanks I’m advance!!

One such place is "Fermentaholics" The have a recipe for Easy fermented sauerkraut.\nI personally, make my own yogurt, and that is my probiotic. Some people do both, take a supplement, such as Freda's brand SCD compliant probiotics and eat fermented foods. You have to find what works for you. \nIt's recommended that when you start eating fermented food, to start very slow. Only a spoonful a day to start and add more slowly.
