Is cocoa butter SCD legal?

Is cocoa butter (as an ingredient in wellbees cookies) SCD legal? Really want to try the cookies but a bit nervous

Dr. Haas advised not to use cocoa or chocolate and this still goes, it isn't just the sugar he was worried about. This is from Breaking the Vicious Cycle.

Actually, Cocoa butter is SCD legal. It is the only cocoa product that is legal.

Cocoa butter is the fat from cacao beans. It has a slight chocolatey smell and taste, without the actual cocoa part that's not legal. I make the Quick-as-a-Wink Brownies from A Taste of Wellness p. 53 - they use cocoa butter. I wouldn't say they actually taste chocolatey but my daughter likes them a lot and eats them straight from the freezer.
