SCD starter question

Hi! Could someone please explain the purpose of the homemade SCD yogurt - is it to eat daily or to use in cooking? Instead of DCCC for breakfast, can I eat the same amount of the SCD yogurt instead? Thank you!

The yogurt is to help colonize your gut with the correct bacteria. Sure can can use it instead of DCCC. I sometimes strain my yogurt or make it with half and half so that its thicker and not quite so tart.
