Raw honey is it legal? Please advise

Is raw honey legal? I don’t see it under the legal list, but what’s the difference between raw and regular honey?

Important correction: Raw honey is NOT SCD legal, since by definition it is honey often containing pollen - pollen may be irritating for the gut. The honey must be strained from the visible pollens and clear to the eye to be considered SCD legal.

Raw cloudy honey is not SCD legal. But pure, raw, clear honey (filtered) is legal.\n\nIf the honey is cloudy it may have a lot of pollen and other things that will stimulate the immune system. This is not a good thing for people who have auto-immune diseases like Crohn's and Colitis.\n\nRaw, clear (filtered) honey is okay and is good option because it still has lots of good active enzymes in it. \n\nIn summary: honey must be clear and pure to be legal. It can be pasteurized or Raw. \nBut honey that is cloudy is not legal.

I've seen a claim that honey often has corn syrup added and the FDA does not require it to be listed. Has this been researched?
