New Hazelnut Butter - Fantastic flavor!

Gefen came out with a new roasted Hazelnut Butter (also available on Wellbee's). The flavor is fantastic, and it adds that super rich taste to baked goods and desserts. I use it in things that call for nut butter, and sub about 1/4 of the nut butter for the hazelnut butter. It brings the whole thing up a notch. I've used it so far for cookies and ice cream, and I'm hooked!

adding some to a cheesecake mixture also adds great flavor!

It's mighty expensive but really delicious!
