Kosher for passover Crunchy cheese bites-legal?

I spoke to another supplier some time ago, who informed me that there's no way to make the product without using a starch to roll out the cheese, and he specifically said that some companies use potato starch (so that explains kosher for passover). However, please do reach out to this specific company and find out - perhaps they do have some other method that doesn't use starches.
