Falafel Balls, anyone?

Falafel Balls, anyone? Well, the Israelis SCD'ers wouldn't do without it, so they came up with this recipe that's pretty close :)\nThis recipe makes quite a bit - I would think that it freezes well. \n\nIngredients:\n6 cups almond flour\n100 grams parsley leaves (9 Tbsp. or a little more than 1/2 cup)\n7 eggs\n1 head of garlic\n3 tsp. Cumin\n1/2 tsp. coriander \n1 1/2 tsp. Salt\n\nDirections:\n1.\tChop the parsley and grind together with the garlic in a food processor.\n2.\tMix all of the ingredients together.\n3.\tMake the balls and put in the refrigerator for several hours.\n4.\tDeep fry in hot oil.

Falafel Balls, anyone?

These are single spices, so any brand would be legal.

Avocado oil is fine, or high oleic sunflower oil.
