Falafel Balls, anyone? Well, the Israelis SCD'ers wouldn't do without it, so they came up with this recipe that's pretty close \nThis recipe makes quite a bit - I would think that it freezes well. \n\nIngredients:\n6 cups almond flour\n100 grams parsley leaves (9 Tbsp. or a little more than 1/2 cup)\n7 eggs\n1 head of garlic\n3 tsp. Cumin\n1/2 tsp. coriander \n1 1/2 tsp. Salt\n\nDirections:\n1.\tChop the parsley and grind together with the garlic in a food processor.\n2.\tMix all of the ingredients together.\n3.\tMake the balls and put in the refrigerator for several hours.\n4.\tDeep fry in hot oil.
