Many Bare Chips are legal-and kosher!
I read here about Bare apple chips being legal, so i looked into their other fruit and vegetable chips. I inquired about any unlisted ingredients/ processing aids and was told that there are no unlisted ingredients or processing aids for any of their chips, besides a select few, which only have sunflower oil added, which is legal. So really, you can look at the ingredients on the chips and determine if that type is legal-and many are. Their website is baresnacks.com Im attaching the email they sent me

On one of the SCD Facebook groups, folks have mentioned that they stay away from banana chips as they may not be ripe enough when they are made into chips.

That makes sense. Im also hesitant about the chips flavored with cinnamon because who knows if the cinnamon had anti-caking agents or not...but there are still a handful of others that are ok and i'll take what i can get!

Thats so interesting as in TBTVC book i saw no mention of this not being allowed.\nI hope i am not getting other things wrong too....is there some kind of list i could access?\nAlso is Chewing gum allowed and if so which ones?

Yes there is a legal/illegal list on the wellbees website and on the BTVC website. Also chewing gum is completely illegal and I don’t think any sort of gum would be legal.
