Substitute spaghetti noodles

Is prepackaged organic green bean spaghetti legal? The company is Belladonna and the ingredients say green beans and water.

Green beans need to be soaked overnight then rinsed in order to remove all the "gassy-causing" elements in the beans. Typically, these commercial flours are made with beans that not been soaked at all, making it a very "gassy" food that's irritating for someone with a comprised gut. The product would therefore be illegal.

What about red lentils pasta the ingredient is just red lentils. Would that be scd legal?

Nope, same issue as the above. Wellbee's is actually working to formulate pasta made from SOAKED AND RINSED lentils. It's still in the making and may take a while, but stay tuned...
