Mustard caraway and fennel seeds

Is organic caraway seed not the black seeds , organic mustard seed, and organic fennel seed scd legal??

The breaking the vicious cycle site says seeds are legal- not sesame - after 3 mos. of no symptoms. http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info ... ail/seeds/ Even after no symptoms seeds may cause trouble. I have found grinding them in a coffee grinder and adding to recipes works just fine and I don't have the reactions I do when I use the seeds themselves in cooking.
