Colonoscopy prep

Having 1st colonoscopy in 9 years. I remember being thrown off for weeks after, probably from procedure but mostly from the prep. I remember some SCD folks on a blog saying what they use instead of the traditional prep- anyone here know?? Ty!!!

I use miralax and don't have problems after that.
