Loud intestinal noises

\nmy son has been on the scd diet for two years and is symptom free. However, throughout the day we can hear very loud and clear gastro noises (bubble sounding) from his stomach. He is not in any pain from this but it can be very embarrassing. Is there anything that may help these noises to subside? He eats slowly and chews his food well, so it's not coming as a result of improper eating habits.

It sounds like he is possibly eating some food that he isn't completely digesting . \nHave the bubble sounds been there since the beginning of the diet? If they started after introducing or increasing some food (s) maybe reduce the amount or cut it out for a while or eat at a different time of day\n\nWithout knowing more details it is hard to give more specific notes, but basically you may need to adjust what and when he is eating foods . generally digestion is better in the morning and decreases as the day goes on. \nAlso if the gurgling is always there instead of at parts of the day that can point to what is causing problems.

HI, I'm also experiencing what your son is. Intestinal noises and very gassy all the time. I'm struggling to figure out which foods are triggering these symptoms. Any success with dousing?
