Smoked salmon/turkey - SCD illegal/legal

If all the ingredients are 100% natural spices and no sugar can it be SCD legal?

The spices may be problematic, if they contain fillers and agents. Only single spices are legal. The word "spices" on a package is not legal. Please list the full ingredient list.

i found smoked Scottish style salmon @bjs wholesale club the ingredients are salmon smoked with hardwood and i called them and they said it does not contain any sugar
