Dry Curd Cottage Cheese - what am I looking for?

Hi! I was wondering if someone could tell me if this is legal DCCC? Skim milk, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme

What is the Total carbohydrate count (?g) on the nutrition label and what is the serving size (g)?

Dry Curd Cottage Cheese - what am I looking for?

The total carbs is 2g and the serving size is 125g. It's very dry and crumbly.
