SCD and Vinegar, the allowed and the not allowed

Thanks so much for this wonderful forum. Are all types of vinegar ok to use? balsamic, apple cider. ...

SCD and Vinegar, the allowed and the not allowed

Most vinegars are allowed with the exception of balsamic vinegar. Also, apple cider vinegar is legal only when clear and has no visible "mother".
