Rosemary Extract legal in Primal Kitchen Mayo?
I am writing regarding the [primal kitchen mayo](http://www.wellbees.com/primal-kitchen- ... -1080.html) that you are selling. It is labeled on your website as SCD compliant. We have been using it for months. I just noticed that Rosemary Extract is an ingredient in the mayo. This would make it SCD non compliant. I am concerned that others are using the mayo under the assumption it is listed as SCD compliant on your website when it is not.

Thank you for your thoughtful questions. I congratulate you for being so meticulous with the purity of the ingredients, that is exactly what the SCD requires. I want to ensure you that the staff at Wellbee's does an extremely thorough investigation process before adding a potential to our very exclusive line of SCD approved products. \nThe rosemary extract might be legal it depends on what the extract contains \nThis may help explain https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extract\nTo make an extract you need a solvent. For example: in vanilla extract the solvent is usually alcohol.\nThe extract in this product may have the solvent evaporated. \n\nWe investigated with the supplier, and came up with the following:\n*It is extracted with water and ethanol but none of the ethanol remains in the product. It is not on the ingredient label because there’s none present in the final product.* \nBased on the information above, the rosemary extract is SCD legal.
