Paper plates and cup cake wrappers

Is it possible that there is corn starch between between paper plates. Also, is it possible that there is corn starch between paper cup cake wrappers ? Therefore, would using the plates and cup cake wrappers problematic for SCD ers? \n\n{I am aware that paper plates are a problem of KITNIYOS on Pesach because of the corn starch}
