Cool flavors Stretch Island fruit leather

There are some of the stretch island fruit leathers that have natural flavors listed in the ingredients. Can they be eaten on the scd diet?

Cool flavors Stretch Island fruit leather

There are three lovely flavors that are scd approved: [Stretch Island Apricot, Grape, and Raspberry](http://www.wellbees.com/stretch-island- ... ather.html). All other flavors contain "natural flavors". As a general rule, undisclosed natural flavors is a "stay away" for scd'ers.
