New to the forum and the diet.\nI don't know how to get started, but I would be interested in joining.

I am receiving deliveries from "Green Chef" and have been happy with the quality of their foods and services. I can;t always eat "everything" but I can eat most of it. The portions are large and always fresh and organic.

I am very underweight and I am always cold too.
