Hi Aska\nI too have to watch stress as that is what always brings on flare ups. What helped me a lot in the early days was acupuncture. He would work on helping with my nervous system as well as gut issues. Also making sure to get plenty of rest helps! Good luck!!

I am not a DR and cannot advise you as to what to do. But for me summer brings lots of fresh fruit and I can often overdo which causes complications. Might try backing off that for a week or so and see if that helps. Also enzymes help if I take them after a meal. Good luck!
