Hi - can anyone help? We've been using Lakeland Organic Sheep's Yoghurt for a couple of years and it's been great. Just recently though odd pots of the sheep's yoghurt have led to a very runny SCD yogurt that seems to have more lactose and is hard to filter\n\nWe're thinking of trying something else...

Ah that might be where I've been going wrong with ACV. I found it gave me candida - I'll filter it and try again
